    Benjamin Fritz I don't "share" that thought. Thoughtful and honest sharing (and I don't talk about "social media content sharing bla" but the general sharing of things you care about) is better than caring for yourself. Because in the end it comes back to you anyways and indefinitely better.

    Benjamin Fritz Exactly. Also I feel like I can't really relate to this guy in the end because I neither get flooded with that much email at any time nor am I an "oversensitive" person, as he calls it, who can't control how much "time" social media takes away from oneself. Sure, I struggle from time to time as well but I don't feel the urge to let others fight that war for me, read: lamenting about that by now well known problem over and over again.
