Es ist sowieso ein Irrtum, das Fernsehen für das Medium der Schönheit zu halten. Hier regiert das Hässliche, selbst die Models, die dauernd irgendwo gecastet werden, sehen in ihrer buckelnden Eifrigkeit scheußlich aus. Schönheit gibt es nur im Zusammenhang mit Produkten, in den Ästhetik-Inseln der Werbung.

Now though? Now we have the same iPhone 4S and suddenly also get the bullshit 4G moniker — that would be bad enough, but it gets even worse for users that don’t know about the difference.

    Stefan Cyliax The iPhone 4S now shows a 4G on AT&Ts network, which isn't even LTE. I think AT&T is to blame here, still a real dumb move by Apple.
    I wonder what they are gonna call LTE when it's ready. And even more what they call real 4G (LTE-Advanced) when that's ready.

In einer aktuellen Umfrage befürwortete eine absolute Mehrheit von 105 Prozent den sofortigen Ausstieg aus der Kernenergie. Das muss man akzeptieren, wir leben schließlich in einer Demokratie. Allerdings boykottiert eben diese Mehrheit auch den neuen Biosprit, schert sich kein bisschen um Ökostrom und mutiert zu einem cholerischen Irren mit Schnappatmung, wenn die jährliche Heizkostenabrechnung 20 Euro teurer ist. Seltsames Völkchen, diese Mehrheit.

Google macht ein Riesengeschäft mit unseren Daten. Das stimmt. Google legt dazu gigantische Datenbanken an, aus denen man alles über uns herauslesen kann, und führt sie jetzt auch noch dienstübergreifend zusammen. Das stimmt so wahrscheinlich nicht, die Sache ist komplizierter.
